uses. It can be used as a Heavy
Duty converter to replace
failed OEM converters on
heavier cars and trucks up to
7.5L and 5500Lbs. (Test
Weight), as well as a 2-for-1
replacement for failed Front &
Rear converters or a failed
Main+Pre-Converter. See

OBDII Coverage Limits
When using the Schultz 22000 Series Universal Converter under OBDII conditions, make sure that you position the new converter in the same location as the failed OEM converter. DO NOT move or remove any O2 sensors. If O2 sensor must be replaced, position the replacement O2 sensor in the same position as the failed OEM O2 sensor. 22000 Series Universal
Front & Rear
EPA Coverage Limits
A single Schultz 22000 Series converter may be used to replace one set of failed Front & Rear OEM con-verters. If vehicle has Front & Rear converters on both driver and passenger sides, then replace each set with one 22000 Series converter. Position 22000 Series converter as close as possible to where the failed OEM front converter was positioned. Use 22000 Series with Air Tube ONLY. See chart for coverage limits.

EPA Coverage Limits
A single Schultz 22000 Series converter may be used to replace a failed Main OEM converter and up to two failed Pre-Converters. Position the 22000 Series converter where the failed OEM Main converter was positioned. If air was used anywhere on the OEM system, then use 22000 Series with Air. See chart for coverage limits.
